Luke – Manager, Jack London

What’s the biggest challenge you’re facing right now ?
Attempting to fit three jobs and sleep in with some form of social life. Which in Melbourne is hard to do because we have that much coffee, music, alcohol… it’s all great. All of that tends to win over sleep, then sleep tends to fall by the wayside.
What are you most looking forward to?
I’m originally from the U.S and next year I am going on a road trip, Route 66 style over from L.A to Brooklyn to see some relatives. It should be good.
What’s been the toughest part of your last year?
A pretty horrible break-up that caused havoc with my life. It ruined my living situation and affected my work. I was studying psychology and I had to take some time off from Uni just to get my head around life and see which way I was meant to be going. I’m slowly finding my feet again, even if it is with driving myself with 20 hour work weeks.
What inspires you?
A whole lot of musicians. The main ones would be Bon Jovi, Johnny Cash, Axle Rose and Sebastien Bach.
If you were going to achieve one thing in the next year, what would that be?
Mental and emotional stability. It’s so much harder than it sounds.
