Jared – Iced Coffee Magnate

HIM: I WAS WALKING DOWN Ackland street, St.kilda and saw these guys. They looked like they had a good story so I interviewed them. I was right.

Jared is in the middle.

What’s the story here?
We bottle iced coffee. We use a premium small batch coffee roaster in Melbourne. It’s a cool alternative to store-bought iced coffees.
Where did you get the idea from?
We were bottling it in our cafe in St.Kilda Road (Slater Street Bench) and people were asking us to start wholesaling it. SO we created a brand and went from there. It kind of gives you the endless summer vibe which we love.
How long will you be here for ?
Til’ the end of St.Kilda festival.
What’s your biggest goal for 2015?
We want to build this into something that’s cool that people can contribute to. We want to get other creatives in the space as well. We want other Melbourne brands up and going as well. We could eventually take it to the other states as well.
